Shipments and Delivery Times
COURIERS
The shipment of products purchased on La Gabbianella is made by TNT courier for the Italian territory.
Shipping Tracking
A tracking service (tracking) of the package is active at the time of shipment. The tracking of the package is communicated to the customer directly by the courier, starting from the departure of the shipment, by:

We therefore recommend that you enter a valid email address when filling out the order and consulted regularly.
The tracking code is active from the day after the arrival of the same by email.
Days for delivery
TNT delivers Monday through Friday;, both morning and afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice of passing by a label affixed to the address. Delivery will be attempted 2 times: if both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will go into storage at the TNT location closest to the delivery address given by the customer. The courier is never required to contact the recipient, but it is helpful to be on call should this occur.
Useful tips for the customer
When placing an order, it is important to provide a correct telephone number (landline or mobile) to facilitate the resolution of the delivery case. It is important to indicate a delivery address where there is someone who can pick up the goods. Also, it is important to always indicate the last name on the intercom. Please remember that La Gabbianella will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
Additional notes
In the case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for pickup by receptionist), La Gabbianella will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
SHIPPING CHARGES
ITALY
The cost of shipping varies depending on the total weight of the products purchased, according to the following rates
- Less than 2 kg: € 10.00
- Between 2 kg and 5 kg: € 20.00
- Above 5 kg: € 30.00
DELIVERY TIMES
ITALY: delivery is usually after a minimum of 10 working days from the processing of the order as each product is handmade by Solif srl at the time of the order. Any delays in delivery may be caused by malfunctions in service by the courier, force majeure or in case of holidays. If after 15 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) you have not yet received your goods, please contact La Gabbianella customer service at info@lagabbianella.com.
