Returns and Refunds

If you are a customer, you have the right to cancel the contract by notifying us of your intention to return the products within 14 days after you receive the goods. This means that you can communicate your intention to return products within 14 days after the product has been delivered.

It is essential that the returned goods are unused and undamaged; we can only accept items returned in their original condition.

As a first step, get in touch with our customer service department by filling out the “Return Request” form obtained by sending an email to You will be given precise instructions.

However, make sure that you already have the following minimum information at hand:

  • the order number to which the return refers;
  • the code of the product(s) you intend to return;
  • the buyer’s information (first and last name, email).

You can find the order number on the confirmation email we sent you immediately after your purchase, with sender (La Gabbianella). If you feel like you can’t find the email, also check your email’s SPAM folder or Gmail’s Promotions folder.

Return methods

The return of goods can be done through 2 ways.

Only after you have contacted our customer service and agreed on the return, we will email you the credentials to access our reserved area within TNT Courier where you can arrange the return shipment. Here you will be able to indicate the day, time, address or pickup point most convenient for you.

The procedure is fast and completely automatic: you will then only have to print the label and paste it on the package and then wait for the Courier to pass by the address you have chosen, or go to one of the thousands of TNT pickup points and leave the package there.

The service is at the customer’s expense and amounts to 10 euros, an amount that covers transportation costs and that we will withhold from the next refund (during the Easy Return Process you will not have to pay anything to the Courier, we will anticipate everything).

Be sure to pack the goods in the same or a similar container in which they were sent to you, writing sender and recipient.

2. Shipment by the customer
