Thanks to its shape without rims and its two handles, it is also excellent for serving desserts and omelettes. Important: in order to avoid thermal shocks that may lead to the breaking of the object it is recommended to heat it together with the oven, once the desired temperature is reached add the food that is to be cooked and put it back in the oven for cooking. It is important to use the trivet once it is removed from the oven at high temperature.
